Our Rhetoric Program (9th – 12th grade) is structured as a community which chooses to educate our children together, by registering for classes that fit our individual student’s needs from teachers provided by Grace Classical Academy on Tuesday and Friday. In this program, the only required class and community time is our Chapel and Soul Care time on Fridays. The rest of the program is designed for parents and students to choose their classes/schedules that best suit them in an a la carte fashion. All classes provided through GCA incorporate instruction from a Christian Biblical worldview. Parents and families come together as a community to hold dances and events as well as support administration and leadership with on campus needs on Tuesdays and Fridays throughout our year. Tuition is $470 per year, per student in addition to the cost of classes, which is a la carte, so it varies per family. Class cost ranges from $245-$840 per year, based on an hourly rate. Our class times vary from 1 hour per week to 2 ½ hours per week.
GCA’s Rhetoric program trains students to communicate with clarity, dignity and eloquence. We teach in the context of discipleship to emphasize the four cardinal virtues (prudence, temperance, justice and courage) and the three theological virtues (faith, hope and love). Ours is a rigorous college-preparatory environment where we support students as they learn to take charge of their own education. Our aim is not only to guide students toward higher education, but to mentor them toward wise, mature adulthood. We pray that they will one day qualify as elders, missionaries, and martyrs.
